These terms govern collector allocations, limited-edition commissions, and engagement with the Escape Wheel Boutique platform.
Numbered Editions
Commissions are strictly capped. Allocation requests are confirmed in the order validated.
Direct Maker Backing
Timepieces are packaged, dispatched, and factory-warrantied directly by the originating watch atelier.
Dubai & UAE Law
Platform operations and contractual engagement operate under the legal frameworks of the UAE.
1. Boutique Scope & Identity
Escape Wheel operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as an independent horology curation platform and collaborative studio. We curate, co-commission, and present strictly authentic timepieces created in direct partnership with independent microbrands and artisan horology studios worldwide.
2. Private Allocations & Order Acceptance
All releases featured on Escape Wheel represent limited, numbered, or strictly allocated production runs. Placement of an order or registration on an allocation waitlist constitutes an offer to secure an allocation. An allocation is formally confirmed only upon successful payment verification and written allocation confirmation from Escape Wheel.
In the event an allocation run is exhausted prior to final validation, any secured funds will be refunded promptly via the original payment method.
3. Fulfillment, Shipping & Warranty
Because Escape Wheel collaborates directly with independent watchmakers, production, assembly, final quality control, packaging, and insured courier dispatch are executed directly by the originating brand atelier (such as Grandeur USA or MD Watch Studio).
- Maker Warranty: Factory guarantees and technical servicing are backed directly by the originating watch studio in accordance with their respective international warranty documentation.
- Customs & Duties: Depending on the collector’s delivery destination, applicable regional duties and import taxes may be administered per standard international shipping procedures.
4. Intellectual Property & Co-Commissions
All editorial narratives, visual assets, proprietary branding, and collaborative dial artwork showcased on Escape Wheel are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Concierge Inquiries
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
